Millions of Russians are heading to the polls starting Friday for parliamentary elections - the first since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine began more than four years ago. But with opposition banned from taking part or forced into exile, what does this election look like? CNN's Zahra Ullah reports from Moscow.

In 2023, police raids across Singapore targeted a network of Chinese nationals profiting from Asia-wide scam operations and gambling syndicates. The case involved assets worth around $2.4 billion, with police seizing everything from cryptocurrency and gold bars, to watches and sports cars. Now, three years on from the raids, the city-state is selling off thousands of the forfeited luxury items.
