SINGAPORE – The public should avoid several areas in the afternoon of Sept 22 due to the risks of flash floods, national water agency PUB said on social media.
In several posts on X, the agency said the areas at risk of flash floods for the next hour are :
From 4.41pm: Junction of Gul Circle and Gul Avenue
From 4.43pm: Junction of Craig Road and Tanjong Pagar Road
From 4.46pm: Watten Drive
From 4.47pm: King’s Road, from Prince Road to Lutheran Road
From 4.52pm: Hillcrest Road (Watten Rise to Dunearn Road)
From 4.54pm: Cluny Park Road from Jln Kembang Melati to Bukit Timah Road
From 4.55pm: Junction of Commonwealth Lane and Commonwealth Drive
From 4.58pm: Junction of Queen’s Road and Lutheran Road
From 5.03pm: Coronation Road
From 5.08pm: Punggol Way (slip road to TPE)
PUB had initially warned that heavy rain was expected over many areas of Singapore from 4.30pm to 5.30pm .
In its fortnightly weather forecast on Sept 16 , the Meteorological Service Singapore said more showers are expected in the second half of September compared with the first.

下午 4 点 41 分起：古尔环岛和古尔大道交汇处
下午4点43分起：克雷格路和丹戎巴葛路的交汇处
下午 4:46 起：沃顿大道
下午4点47分起：国王路，从太子路到路德路路段
下午 4:52 起：希尔克雷斯特路（沃顿路至杜尼恩路）
下午 4.54 起：Cluny Park Road 从 Jln Kembang Melati 到 Bukit Timah Road
下午 4 点 55 分起：联邦巷和联邦大道交汇处
下午 4 点 58 分起：皇后大道与路德路的交汇处
下午5点03分起：加冕路
下午5点08分起：榜鹅路（通往TPE的匝道）
公用事业局最初曾警告称，下午 4 点 30 分至 5 点 30 分，新加坡许多地区将有大雨。
新加坡气象局在9月16日发布的双周天气预报中表示，9月下半月的降雨量预计会比上半月更多。
