EcoSys seeks to raise RM39.34mil from ACE Market IPO

KUALA LUMPUR: EcoSys (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking to raise RM39.34mil from its initial public offering (IPO) in conjunction with its listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.

In a statement, the industrial solutions provider said its IPO comprises a public issue of 145.70 million new shares, representing about 25.5% of its enlarged share capital, at 27 sen apiece.There is no offer for sale under the IPO.
