N. Korea's will to keep nuclear weapons through 'all ages' irreversible: FM

North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son-hui said Thursday her country's will to keep nuclear weapons through "all ages" is "irreversible" as she blasted recent trilateral talks between South Korea, the United States and Japan, state media reported.

Choe took aim at the talks between the top diplomats of the three countries in New York on Monday that reiterated their commitment to the "complete" denuclearization of North Korea and called on Pyongyang to return to dialogue.

"As the foreign minister of the DPRK, I reaffirm and reconfirm in the strongest tone of voice the steadfast will of our state to keep nuclear weapons through all ages, which is irreversible in any case and will remain unchanged forever," she said in a statement carried by the Korean Central News Agency.

DPRK stands for the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

"There is no change in the fact that the DPRK's position as a nuclear weapons state will be everlasting," she said.

据朝鲜官方媒体报道，朝鲜外相崔善姬周四表示，朝鲜保留核武器的意愿“不可逆转”，她抨击了近期韩国、美国和日本之间的三方会谈。

崔顺实抨击了周一在纽约举行的三国高级外交官会谈，会谈重申了他们对朝鲜“彻底”无核化的承诺，并呼吁平壤重返对话。

“作为朝鲜民主主义人民共和国外长，我以最强烈的语气重申并再次确认，我国在任何时代都坚定不移地保留核武器，这是不可逆转的，而且永远不会改变，”她在朝鲜中央通讯社发布的一份声明中说。

DPRK是朝鲜民主主义人民共和国的缩写。

“朝鲜作为核武器国家的地位将永远不变，”她说。
