PETALING JAYA: Sunsuria Bhd, via its 99%-owned subsidiary Sunsuria City Sdn Bhd, is proposing to dispose of a piece of freehold commercial land measuring 183,973 sq metres in Sepang, Selangor, to Amazon Data Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd for RM316.84mil.
PETALING JAYA: Sunsuria Bhd , via its 99%-owned subsidiary Sunsuria City Sdn Bhd, is proposing to dispose of a piece of freehold commercial land measuring 183,973 sq metres in Sepang, Selangor, to Amazon Data Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd for RM316.84mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Sunsuria said the proposed disposal provides an opportunity for Sunsuria to unlock and realise the value of its investment in the property, which is currently a piece of vacant land with no income-generating activities.

PETALING JAYA：Sunsuria Bhd通过其拥有99％股权的子公司Sunsuria City Sdn Bhd，建议以3亿1684万令吉向Amazon Data Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd出售雪兰莪州雪邦一块面积为183,973平方米的永久业权商业土地。
Sunsuria 在提交给马来西亚证券交易所的文件中表示，拟议的出售为 Sunsuria 提供了一个释放和实现其在该物业投资价值的机会，该物业目前是一块空地，没有任何创收活动。
