Aumas CEO charged with three counts under MACC Act

KUALA LUMPUR: Aumas Resources Bhd chief executive officer Chong Tzu Khen has been charged with three counts under Section 17(b) of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 involving a total of RM18,000.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the gold miner said Chong was charged at the Sessions Court in Kota Kinabalu on Monday over alleged offences spanning April 2024 to October 2025.
