Maybank completes RM2.5bil AT1 sukuk mudharabah issuance

KUALA LUMPUR: Malayan Banking Bhd (Maybank) has completed the issuance of RM2.5 billion additional tier 1 (AT1) sukuk mudharabah under its sukuk programme.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, the banking group said the perpetual sukuk comprises three series with nominal amounts of RM750 million, RM1.10 billion and RM650 million, respectively.

吉隆坡：马来亚银行有限公司（马来亚银行）已根据其伊斯兰债券计划完成发行25亿令吉的额外1级（AT1）伊斯兰债券mudharabah。

该银行集团今天在马来西亚证券交易所提交的文件中表示，该永续伊斯兰债券由三个系列组成，面值分别为 7.5 亿令吉、11 亿令吉和 6.5 亿令吉。
