Zetrix AI external auditor TGS resigns

KUALA LUMPUR: Zetrix AI Bhd said its external auditor TGS TW PLT (TGS) has tendered its resignation, citing portfolio rationalisation and resource management.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Zetrix AI said it received a notice of resignation from TGS following lengthy discussions between the auditor and the company.
