Sunway Ipoh Mall 80% leased ahead of 2027 opening

Sunway Ipoh Mall is 80% leased and unveils 25 brands, of which nine will enter Perak market for the first time.

KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Ipoh Mall has secured an 80% leasing commitment ahead of its scheduled opening in the fourth quarter of 2027.

In a statement, Sunway Malls said the RM1bil mall will have 1.2 million sq ft of net lettable area across four retail floors, housing about 400 shops.
