美國總統川普日前宣布，烏克蘭與俄國「即刻」停止攻擊對方的能源設施，同時威脅要暫停提供武器採購系統、切斷情報共享來向烏克蘭施壓；俄羅斯連日空襲烏克蘭造成傷亡，烏國總統澤倫斯基表示，連續兩晚未收到盟友預警。

綜合外媒報導，俄軍12日、13日兩天連續兩晚對烏克蘭發動飛彈、無人機空襲，造成至少1死13傷，空襲警報在飛彈即將飛臨時才發出警報，居民根本沒有時間撤離，13日晚間的飛彈攻擊中，警報也來得太晚。

烏克蘭總統總統澤倫斯基今（14）日晨在X平台上怨嘆，俄軍對基輔發動了飛彈襲擊，但我們的伙伴再次沒有發出任何警告。他說道：「俄羅斯正在摧毀我們的能源基礎設施，而烏克蘭甚至沒有收到任何關於彈道飛彈發射的預警」，直言這完全不公平。

澤倫斯基強調，美國必須真正看到正在發生的事情，以及誰應對這場戰爭的延續負責；烏克蘭方面也正在努力加強系統，升級防空能力。

烏克蘭缺乏大規模衛星偵察能力，因此只能透過美國和北約提供的情報來識別攻擊跡象，例如俄羅斯空軍基地的活動、船艦動向以及彈道飛彈發射裝置的部署。

不過美國總統川普則強調情報持續分享，13日被問及如果烏克蘭不停止襲擊俄羅斯石油設施，美國是否會切斷情報來源時，川普總統回答說：「我們正在幫助他們，並​​與他們分享情報。」
