KAGAWA (TR) – Kagawa Prefectural Police have re-arrested a 23-year-old man for allegedly trespassing onto residential properties to secretly film naked women taking baths, reports KSB Setonaikai Broadcasting (Oct. 13).

The suspect, a company employee from the town of Ayagawa, is accused of trespassing onto private properties on three occasions between October 2024 and November 2025. During two of those intrusions, he allegedly used his smartphone to take tosatsu (voyeur) footage women in their bathrooms through the windows.

Upon his arrest on suspicion of trespassing and the illicit filming of sexual images, the suspect admitted to the charges. “I couldn’t control my sexual desires,” he told investigators.

The arrest is the latest in a string of offenses for the suspect, who has already been arrested three times in 2026 for sneaking into women’s restrooms at train stations, local high schools, and commercial facilities.

During one notable incident at a commercial facility in December 2025, the suspect allegedly gained entry to the women’s restroom by disguising himself wearing a female wig.

A search of the man’s smartphone and personal computer yielded a stash of approximately 250 voyeuristic videos. Police are continuing their investigation into further unresolved crimes.
