Astaka Padu, Kimlun team up for RM450mil Johor Bahru project

KUALA LUMPUR: Astaka Padu Sdn Bhd and Kimlun Corporation Bhd have teamed up to develop the RM450mil Amora Serviced Residence (ASR) in Tampoi, Johor Bahru, marking their fourth collaboration.

In a joint statement, the companies said the project would be undertaken through their existing joint venture company, Astaka Kimlun Sdn Bhd.

吉隆坡：Astaka Padu Sdn Bhd 和 Kimlun Corporation Bhd 联手在新山淡杯开发耗资 4.5 亿令吉的 Amora Serviced Residence (ASR)，这是他们第四次合作。
