'Odyssey' actor Himesh Patel to star in the 'The X-Files' reboot

Sinners director Ryan Coogler's The X-Files series reboot has been picked up by Hulu.

Described as a "reimagining" of the original series, the new title stars Station Eleven alums Danielle Deadwyler and Himesh Patel as "two highly decorated but vastly different FBI agents who form an unlikely bond when they are assigned to a long-shuttered division devoted to cases involving unexplained phenomena."
