Hello Work员工被指控拍摄性侵少年视频

KUMAMOTO (TR) – Kumamoto Prefectural Police have arrested a 36-year-old employee of a Tokyo public employment office for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenage boy and filming the encounter, reports NHK (Oct. 16).

Hiroshi Matsuura, a staff member at Hello Work Shibuya, is accused of assaulting the teen at his Tokyo residence in October of last year and recording the act on his smartphone.

According to the Kumamoto police, the investigation was launched after authorities received a tip regarding an obscene video circulating online. Investigators subsequently searched Matsuura’s phone and discovered the footage of the victim.

Police revealed that the suspect and the teenage boy initially made contact through social media.

Upon his arrest, Matsuura admitted to the physical encounter but partially denied the allegations, specifically regarding the victim’s minority status.

“I did engage in sexual acts, but I don’t think I knew his age,” Matsuura told investigators.

Police have confiscated the suspect’s smartphone and are currently analyzing a trove of other videos and images saved on the device to determine if there are additional victims.
