At noon, PSI readings for the rest of the island remained in the “unhealthy” range, ranging from 127 to 180, making the west the only region in the “very unhealthy” band.

新加坡：10 月 18 日，全岛空气质量依然不佳，西部 24 小时污染物标准指数 (PSI) 在上午 10 点达到季节性高点 230，之后在中午略微下降至 227。
中午时分，岛上其他地区的 PSI 读数仍处于“不健康”范围内，介于 127 至 180 之间，使得西部成为唯一处于“非常不健康”范围内的地区。
