A 61-year-old woman died after falling from a HDB block in Jurong East on Friday (Oct 23) morning.
The incident occurred at Block 286A Toh Guan Road at about 11.20am.
A video of the incident posted on social media by user smaffis showed a blue police tent placed over a body off a sheltered walkway.
At least three police fast response cars and a crime scene investigation vehicle were present at the scene.
In response to AsiaOne's queries, the police confirmed that the woman had fallen from height and was found lying motionless at the foot of the block.
The police said that the woman was pronounced dead at the scene by a Singapore Civil Defence Force paramedic, adding that they do not suspect foul play based on preliminary investigations.
Police investigations are ongoing.

周五（10月23日）上午，一名61岁女子从裕廊东的一栋组屋坠落身亡。
事件发生在上午 11 点 20 分左右，地点位于 Toh Guan 路 286A 座。
用户 smaffis 在社交媒体上发布的一段事件视频显示，一顶蓝色的警用帐篷罩在一条有遮蔽的人行道旁的一具尸体上。
现场至少有三辆警用快速反应车和一辆犯罪现场调查车。
针对AsiaOne的询问，警方证实该女子从高处坠落，被发现一动不动地躺在楼下。
警方表示，新加坡民防部队的医护人员当场宣布该女子死亡，并补充说，根据初步调查，他们不怀疑存在谋杀或其他犯罪行为。
警方调查仍在进行中。
