PETALING JAYA: Titijaya Land Bhd is proposing to dispose of a piece of leasehold land measuring 28,562.8 sq metres in Bayan Lepas, Penang, to Pelaburan Hartanah Bhd (PHB) for RM300mil.

PETALING JAYA: Titijaya Land Bhd is proposing to dispose of a piece of leasehold land measuring 28,562.8 sq metres in Bayan Lepas, Penang, to Pelaburan Hartanah Bhd (PHB) for RM300mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Titijaya said the land comprises a purpose-built three storey logistic commercial complex known as the “Penang Logistics Hub 5” with a gross floor area of approximately 300,726 sq ft.

PETALING JAYA：Titijaya Land Bhd建议以3亿令吉向Pelaburan Hartanah Bhd（PHB）出售槟城峇六拜一块面积为28,562.8平方米的租赁土地。
Titijaya 在提交给马来西亚证券交易所的文件中表示，该地块包括一座专门建造的三层物流商业综合体，名为“槟城物流中心 5”，总建筑面积约为 300,726 平方英尺。
