MEDAN: Three volcanoes erupted around the country on Friday, spewing ash into the sky and underscoring heightened volcanic activity across the archipelago, following the eruptions of Mount Sinabung and Mount Anak Krakatau earlier this month.

MEDAN: Three volcanoes erupted around the country on Friday, spewing ash into the sky and underscoring heightened volcanic activity across the archipelago, following the eruptions of Mount Sinabung and Mount Anak Krakatau earlier this month.
The Center for Volcanology and Geological Hazard Mitigation’s (PVMG) MAGMA site reported on Friday that the eruptions involved Mount Semeru in East Java, Mount Ili Lewotolok in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) and Mount Ibu in North Maluku.

火山学和地质灾害减缓中心 (PVMG) 的 MAGMA 网站周五报道称，此次火山喷发涉及东爪哇的塞梅鲁火山、东努沙登加拉省 (NTT) 的伊利莱沃托洛克火山和北马鲁古省的伊布火山。
