In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Ayer Holdings said the proposed acquisition is undertaken in line with the group's business strategy to grow its property business by increasing its present landbank and/ or undertaking further property development projects.

PETALING JAYA：Ayer Holdings Bhd拟以1.38亿令吉向Bukit Cemerlang Sdn Bhd收购沿着吉隆坡Jalan Kuchai Lama的两块总计9.11英亩的永久业权土地。
