In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Meridian said UHY Malaysia PLT was unable to obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence to provide a basis for an audit opinion.

吉隆坡：Meridian Bhd 的外部审计师对集团截至 2026 年 5 月 31 日的财政年度财务报表出具了无法表示意见的审计报告，理由是持续经营存在不确定性，且在若干事项上缺乏足够的审计证据。
