IF you quickly glance through the Asean Secretariat website, you will find the names of the heads of state and heads of government of 10 out of 11 member states. Myanmar is listed as a member but its leader’s name is missing. Why?

That is for the Asean Secretariat in Jakarta to answer. Maybe the secretariat is awaiting a consensus among member states regarding recognition of the current “government” in Myanmar.
