'Our rights or no way': Hormuz Strait to remain closed until Iran's seven conditions are met, says Iran speaker

Iran will not reopen the Strait of Hormuz until seven conditions outlined in the Islamabad memorandum are fulfilled, Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said.

TEHRAN (Bernama-IRNA): Iran will not reopen the Strait of Hormuz until seven conditions outlined in the Islamabad memorandum are fulfilled, Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said, the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) reported.

He added that Tehran does not base its national security policy on statements or tweets by US officials.
