法米:MyGov Malaysia 将政府服务整合到一个应用程序中

The MyGOV Malaysia app consolidates various government services, including driving licences and clinic appointments, into one platform for easier public access, according to Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil.

Users can check unclaimed money and access an AI Chat feature for government service information, with more services to be incorporated gradually.

Fahmi encourages downloading the app for more convenient management of government-related tasks.

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 7 — Accessing key government services is now easier with the integration of driving licences, road tax, Road Transport Department (JPJ) summons checks, passports, government clinic appointments and Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah (STR) under a single platform: the MyGOV Malaysia app.

“No more hunting for government services in different places. We have brought various government services together into one app so that the public’s affairs are made simpler and smoother,” said Communications Minister Datuk Seri Fahmi Fadzil in a video post on social media yesterday.

Fahmi added that the app also allows users to check unclaimed money, while other services will be integrated in phases.

Interestingly, Fahmi said MyGOV Malaysia also comes equipped with an ‘AI Chat’ feature, which allows users to obtain information and answers on government services directly.

“Our objective is simple. We are bringing all government services directly to the people in one complete app,” he emphasised.

He encouraged the public to take advantage of the digital facility by downloading MyGOV Malaysia for more convenient government services. — Bernama
