Leonardo DRS has been heavily involved in mobile counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS) efforts including the U.S. Army M-SHORAD (Maneuver Short-Range Air Defense) Increment 1 program, also known as SGT STOUT, which provides an air defense capability for ground maneuver forces against low-altitude aerial threats.
