Simba Telecom has assured customers that its services, plans and wallet balances remain unaffected amid an investigation by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA).
The update came after IMDA announced potential enforcement action against Simba over alleged unauthorised spectrum use and other regulatory breaches.
In a social media post on Monday (Oct 26), the telco said it was working closely with IMDA as the authority's investigation concludes.
"Simba's commitment to Singapore hasn't changed," it said, reiterating its mission to challenge the industry and offer customers value.
It added that it would continue pushing for wider network coverage, faster speeds and better value for customers.
The telco also thanked customers for their continued support.
The telco has until Nov 16 to respond to the authority's findings.

周一（10 月 26 日），该电信公司在社交媒体上发帖称，随着新加坡资讯通信媒体发展局 (IMDA) 的调查结束，该公司正在与 IMDA 密切合作。
“Simba对新加坡的承诺没有改变，”该公司表示，并重申了其挑战行业、为客户提供价值的使命。
该公司还表示，将继续努力扩大网络覆盖范围，提高网速，为客户提供更高的价值。
该电信公司也感谢客户一直以来的支持。
该电信公司需在11月16日前对监管机构的调查结果作出回应。
