Queen Sirikit commemorative notes return at face value in Thailand from Oct 1

BANGKOK: The Bank of Thailand (BOT) will make previously issued commemorative banknotes honouring Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother available to the public again from Oct 1.

The release covers banknotes originally issued to celebrate Her Majesty’s birthday anniversaries in 2004 and 2016, giving the public another opportunity to collect them.
