PETALING JAYA: UMS Integration Ltd intends to raise up to RM450mil through the issuance of 52.94 million new shares at RM8.50 per share.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, UMS Integration noted the new shares will account for about 5.96% of existing share capital and 5.63% of the enlarged base.
