SINGAPORE: Canadian diver Erik Brown, who helped in the rescue of 12 boys and their football coach from a flooded cave in Thailand in 2018, has died. He was 44.

Diving publication DeeperBlue reported his death on Sept 25, but the exact date, location and cause has not been made public.
