Samsung unveils smaller Galaxy SmartTag 3 with iPhone support

For the first time, iPhone users can also locate a SmartTag 3 through Samsung's iPhone app, although iPhones do not contribute to the tracking network.

SEOUL: South Korean electronics company Samsung Electronics has announced the Galaxy SmartTag 3, a smaller and lighter tracking device designed to compete with Apple's AirTag.

The new tracker is 35% smaller and 33% lighter than its predecessor after removing the built-in mounting loop.
