Singapore audit flags 65 harmful apps, including AI nudification tools and gambling games

SINGAPORE: Artificial intelligence (AI) nudification tools and murder- and gambling-themed games involving payouts were among 65 objectionable apps flagged in Singapore’s first audit of online app stores.

Nudification apps use AI to digitally remove clothing from photos of individuals, generating non-consensual, sexually explicit images.
