Malaysians can follow the journey of Bella Astillah and MP Syed Saddiq towards marriage in an eight-episode series on Astro, starting October 6.
The series documents their wedding preparations, solemnisation on October 10, and subsequent celebrations in Kuala Lumpur and Muar.
Episodes will be available on demand via Astro GO and Sooka, offering a detailed look at the couple's transition into married life.
KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 3 — As Bella Astillah and Muar MP Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman prepare for their solemnisation on October 10, Malaysians will get a closer look at their journey towards marriage through Astro’s eight-episode special, Walimatulurus Bella Astillah & Syed Saddiq .
The special was announced yesterday during a press conference at the KLGCC Convention Centre, attended by the couple’s families, members of the media and fans of Bella and Syed.
Across eight episodes, the special will take viewers behind the scenes of the couple’s wedding preparations, family gatherings and celebrations, while also documenting their transition into married life.
The journey begins on October 6 with Detik Pertemuan Dua Hati , which explores the couple’s childhoods, families, friendships, and past love stories before tracing the journey that brought them together.
On October 7, Menghitung Hari Bahagia will follow Bella and Syed as they count down to their wedding day, capturing the preparations and emotions leading up to their solemnisation.
Their official solemnisation ceremony takes centre stage on October 10 with Penyatuan Dua Hati , which will be broadcast live on Astro platforms at 9 am, allowing viewers to witness the couple being united in marriage.
The celebrations continue on October 18 with Wedding of the Year , anothe live broadcast featuring the couple’s wedding reception and celebrations following their solemnisation.
Meanwhile, Di Sebalik Akad , airing on October 27, will take viewers behind the scenes of the couple’s solemnisation at Merdeka 118, offering a closer look at the preparations and memorable moments surrounding the ceremony.
The series then follows Bella and Syed into their new chapter as husband and wife with Life as Husband and Wife on November 3.
The episode will explore their life as newlyweds while taking viewers behind the scenes of their reception at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (Mitec) in Kuala Lumpur.
On November 10, Muar With Love will spotlight the couple’s reception in Muar, Johor, before the series concludes on November 17 with Majlis Tradisi Sabah , featuring behind-the-scenes moments from their reception in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Syed also expressed his appreciation for the support they have received throughout their journey.

Walimatulurus Bella Astillah & Syed Saddiq premieres October 6 and airs every Tuesday at 11 pm on Astro Ria (Channel 104).
