AuMAS declares maiden 110,000-ounce gold resource at Sabah project

KUALA LUMPUR: AuMAS Resources Bhd has announced a maiden mineral resource estimate (MRE) of 110,000 ounces of contained gold at its Andrassy gold project in Sabah.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the gold miner said the estimate covers the Bukit Jantung and Bukit Ketupat prospects within Block 1 of the project and was prepared in accordance with the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (JORC Code).
