SINGAPORE: The air quality in Singapore appeared to improve in the middle of the morning on Sept 5, with the PSI in the west dipping back to moderate levels after being classified as unhealthy earlier.
At 9am, the 24-hour Pollutant Standards Index (PSI) stood at 115 in the central region, with the reading for the west dipping to 98 and east to 96.
